Renaissance Supported Housing is a dynamic private provider of semi-independent supported accommodation for young people who are leaving care or estranged from parents/guardians.

We are recruiting a number of key roles to support the organisation in achieving its aims and objectives for improving outcomes for young people.

We are currently recruiting for the following vacancies.

casual Support Workers £7.50 – £11.00 per hour (according to experience)

Key responsibilities include:

• Improving outcomes for young people aged 16+ developing effective working relationships with young people.
• To act as an advocate and support to young people providing practical help and guidance.

You will have:

• Proven experience of working with young  people
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent or be willing to work towards this)
• A professional, reliable approach to work
• Excellent team working skills

CASUAL Support Workers (WAKE IN / SLEEP IN) £7.00 – £8.50 per hour (according to experience). ENHANCED HOURLY RATE FOR WAKE IN NIGHT & ALLOWANCE per SLEEP IN £35.00 

Key responsibilities include:

• To be available on sight to provide support to young people if required
• Ensure health safety and security of residents staff and premises

You will have:

• Proven experience of working with vulnerable and or challenging people
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, reliable approach to work
• Excellent team working skills

DBS Check: Enhanced plus Barred Lists Checks for all posts.  Successful candidates will be responsible for providing an up-to-date enhanced disclosure certificate.
